Scott has been a design consultant for custom family homes in British Columbia, Canada since 2001 when he relocated his family here from Hawaii. Working on custom home design projects from planning through to completion he has been an integral part of development here on the Sunshine Coast for almost two decades. He continues to be involved in projects locally here on the Sunshine Coast, in Vancouver and remotely in Hawaii, USA.
Working in a number of jurisdictions in both Canada and the United States. Scott Davis is licensed in the United States and has been in professional practice in the State of Hawaii since 1991. He has extensive experience in all phases of project delivery from feasibility, master-planning, and conceptual design to contract administration. He holds Certification for NCARB in the USA and CACB in Canada.
